How to Make Fear Your B!tch & Create Quantum Change
I wanted to share with you some thoughts on FEAR as moving through fear IS the gateway to your EXPANSION & I have mastered this process.
Listen, I’ve been through & done SOME THANGS in my life.
I’ve traveled the World multiple times over, jumped out of airplanes & off bridges, interviewed & worked with top celebrities & athletes, moved cross country multiple times knowing no one & having no safety net… I could go on & on.
And sure, it required me to move through fear to expand my edges & go for it, but none of that was really a big deal to me (although I can recognize for some those might be your edges)…
I have strong Sagittarius energy so adventure is a thrill for me & this all felt like just moving through FEAR externally…
But nothing I’ve done has compared to the fear and pain I’ve had to go through to descend back into MY BODY & connect with myself.
Like it was actually physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually painful.
Because in order to ground myself into MY BODY I had to move through SO MUCH past & inherited trauma, pain, fear, lack, scarcity & negativity.
OOF.
And let me tell you I was AVOIDING some serious things by living disconnected from my body & living life out in my head.
I literally went through a HUGE list today of all the things that have happened to me (not from a victim place, but just straight FACTS of my experience) and had so much love & compassion for past versions of myself because there were many times it in fact WASN’T SAFE for me to be in my body.
So I send love to my body & nervous system who used to escape through living in the mind.
Your body & nervous system are always finding ways to protect you & keep you alive (hello, survival patterns) so it served it’s function at the time.
But to actually align with the abundance, love, money, joy, happiness & fulfillment I deeply desired… I had to surrender & face all of these VISCERAL FEARS.
Because you have to be IN YOUR BODY to experience, have & hold such things.
And here’s the thing with fear… as the cliche goes… everything you want is on the other side of it.
But fear is just a FEELING.
It’s just a dense emotion that you need to move through… and it always presents as soon as you’re about to NEXT LEVEL
This is where you have to be present to be able to hold the fear & the expansion at the same time.
Because your fear (& ego) will lie to you and tell you stories & excuses to keep you where you’re at, in your comfort zone & acting out reactive behavior.
(And most of this is unconscious so this is what makes it tricky).
Moving through the fear exposes the lies & stories your ego has been telling you to keep you where you’re at.
So fear presents when change is afoot because it’s designed to protect you & keep you safe.
It's kind of sweet actually, lol.
But it does that by holding onto the illusion of control connected to the pain of your past.
This is when you create crazy “what if” scenarios, spiral into anxiety, cling to control, play the victim or powerless, blame others, or make up an excuse as to why you can’t do something.
Because your subconscious is quite literally trying to sabotage you & keep you alive.
So your mindset starts plummeting and you start to spiral out internally.
And your subconscious doesn’t calm down until you withdraw & ‘retreat’ to safety by SHRINKING.
This process of ‘change’ then starts all over again because you contracted and your subconscious no longer finds ‘threat’ in your desires so you can begin to think & go bigger again.
But in order to expand your edges, have the capacity to hold more, & make magnetism a way of life…
You have to move through this cycle of change LIKE A BOSS.
You must master your emotions and turn fear, anxiousness, stress & negativity into feeling safe, secure, supported, grounded, abundant, centered & happy.
And you do this by addressing your ROOT chakra which governs this process.
It then makes ascension & change a hell of a lot easier because you’re moving from an abundant, solid, secure & confident place.
And you can then ascend & grow a lot ‘taller’ a lot faster.
Think of it like the foundations of a building.
They take the longest to craft but as soon as they are secured… the building is built what seems like instantaneously.
That is the power of YOUR ROOT.
