For instance, yesterday the Universe gave me a million & one things to be stressed about… it was almost comical, LOL.
But I remained calm, relaxed, trusting & grounded because I knew this was just an opportunity to EXPAND to manifest & receive MORE.
Don’t get me wrong, my body FELT IT but I was able to HOLD IT and still nail my talk at my event.
Previous versions of myself would have panicked and been in a manic, chaotic state arriving at my event late & it would have left me in a very heady, ungrounded place to speak to a room FULL of people.
But I KNEW the Universe was pummeling me big time (lol) because I have developed a relationship with the Universe that I full body trust & know that something beautiful & amazing was waiting for me on the other side it just needed me to expand into it.
Because that is what it takes to transform… to boldy & courageously go through the birth portal & remain EMBODIED (IN-BODY) through the process.
And that’s exactly what we’re designed to do as women.
