The New Feminine Frequency Forward Way of Living & How My Life Has Shifted Because of It

Hello, my love!

Wanted to drop in with a little bit of a personal update as I’ve felt called to share and many of you have been asking how I’m doing since my Instagram went Ghost, lol.

So here it is…

Since September I’ve gone through the most profound and life changing transformation and awakening in the best way possible (awakening #7639245 lol).

I could talk endlessly about the depths of change I’ve undergone but the main thing is this…

My soul has chosen to fully anchor in a template where I’m in my feminine full-time.

So the past five months I have been “hard at work” resting, playing, creating, diving deep with girlfriends, meditating, going on long nature walks, spending time in the sauna, traveling, hanging with family, redoing my apartment, connecting to my spirituality, brunching, sitting in the sun and living a rather outward facing “passive” life.

Basically I’ve been hard at work in the spiritual realms and I also got a new birth chart (a story for a different day, lol) so I have been spending so much time resting, relaxing, receiving and integrating these new codes and energies.

And the results have been profound and I no longer resonate with my old ways of being or operating.

This has been challenging at times as it confronts the ego and goes against everything being preached, taught, applauded and seen in the industry, society and beyond. 

But the thing is… I still have had the exact same results in business because I now just let things come to me as is the feminine design.

I now pretty much stay in a constant state of flow, openness, allowance and surrender unless I feel intuitively guided or inspired to take action (like I’m doing here).

And I cannot tell you how much HAPPIER I am.

Omfg, life is bliss, I’ve been sleeping like a baby and there’s no going back to the old. 

I am truly LIVING.

And I know this might sound unrealistic or like a pipe dream or be triggering to hear for some so let me explain the new feminine frequency we are being asked to anchor in as I always go through things first so I can show how its done.

(Hello Pluto in Aquarius).

As I said in my email yesterday about the new-look Aquarius energy (read about it here)… we are now anchoring in a frequency first & forward reality. 

This means what you are internally projecting is what you see you in your external reality.

Aquarius is a VIBRATION.

It is literally law of attraction at its purest and truest form.

It is about you being the most authentic, unique, eccentric being that you’re here to be… whatever that looks like for you (this is where the birth chart is helpful to illuminate clarity on what that is).

So that is why the work is fully now peeling back all of the layers of the not self and untangling your wounded feminine and masculine conditioning to be the flame that lights up the sky so what you want can find you.

And in my experience this comes down to one thing… boundaries and boundaries with an open heart of course. 

And I’m talking boundaries EVERYWHERE…. With yourself, others, work, lifestyle choices, day to day operations, spiritually, energetically and beyond.

If you want to know where you’re at with that think back to how your year went last year as this was one of the main themes and lessons. 

Did you have a rough year full of identity crisises, painful breakups and shakeups, major shifts, loss, etc.? 

That is because you were being shown where you are not serving yourself first and prioritizing your own energy, authenticity, happiness and vitality over things outside of you.

It was rough for many, myself included. 

So let me break this down from an energetic perspective. 

Think of feminine energy or your unique frequency like that of a puppy.

A puppy holds the vibration of divine love… it comes straight from source and is energetically open, giving of its affection and adoration, and is super fun, playful and full of life.

Everyone coo’s and ca’s and stares at the puppy being energetically and physically drawn to it as they want to touch and play with it.

The puppy being full of light and love gives its energy right back to everyone wanting its affection.

It then comes home energetically exhausted and sleeps the rest of the afternoon.

This may be energetically correct for the puppy but now imagine yourself as the puppy because that is what happens to YOU every time you shine your light, radiance and unique frequency without boundaries.

Not having boundaries is the most costly thing I see impacting and influencing people from getting what they want.

Because you need boundaries to determine who you let in because otherwise everyone has access to you (whether they are of like frequency and light or not).

And you only want people in your field who match and mirror your frequency otherwise you will end up feeling exhausted, depleted and needing a nap among other consequences.

An easy way to decipher and discern who and what you let in is to list out your values and make sure everyone and everything in your field is a match to that.

Also pay attention to how you feel after you interact with people, places and situations. 

You should leave feeling energized, inspired, enlightened, seen, held, supported, heard and maybe only slightly tired from all of the fun and play that was had. 

People who are energetically and emotionally exhausting and taxing actually just dim and dampen your frequency.

It is a feminine vibration killer. 

And it’s keeping you from what you want because its dimming your light and lowering your frequency.

And in this new frequency forward reality your vibe quite literally attracts your tribe (Aquarius).
