How To Be Rock Solid Inside
I used to operate from SUCH CHAOS internally.
I existed in a constant state of:
Fear
Stress
Anxiety
Worry
Overthought
Overwhelm
Numbness
Control
Sound familiar?
I was meditating today and this came through very strong to share with you, because I’m so happy & proud to share that I NO LONGER operate this way.
And I share this with you to say that there is a BETTER way to live your life.
You are a powerful human with a big purpose & mission… but when you’re still operating from these conditioned survival patterns (which is exactly what they are & it’s not your fault) it’s impossible to SELF ACTUALIZE.
When you are always looking outside of yourself to feel a certain way (safe, secure, happy, abundant, satisfied)…
You can never truly be a sovereign, powerful, independent human.
To be empowered means you can create safety ON YOUR OWN.
This is why so many people are disconnected from themselves…
Because 95% of the World operates on codependent survival patterns…
Which means you operate from a neutral base of internal chaos.
This manifests as being overly emotional, unsafe, anxious, insecure, shameful, needy, people pleasing, inauthentic, controlling, full of doubt & a victim (these are all wounded feminine energies).
Wounded feminine energy needs an “external” host.
Picture it like Voldemort needing a host in order for it to be alive.
Or another way to put it… you are operating as an ocean instead of solid rock.
Imagine getting tossed around in the ocean and trying to find the shore or a safety raft.
You’re gonna wail & flail & panic because you need something outside of you to ‘rescue’ you.
And when you’re operating as an ocean you need the water to be calm in order to feel safe, secure, satisfied & in control.
The slightest gust of wind or storm and its straight chaos & codependence.
You’re reliant on the external to feel & confirm the internal feeling you seek but if needs to be flipped.
When you operate at a neutral place of solid rock you are powerful, happy & fulfilled because you don’t need anything outside of yourself which means you can be the creator of your reality, operate from a place of trust, play, flow, safety & ease.
Picture this as a big cruise ship navigating the waters & whatever lies ahead.
The cruise ship is your physical vessel & you can make adjustments, fine tune & stop for fuel on your journey as needed instead of operating without a boat.
Let me tell you… living this way is UTTER BLISS & it possible to feel like a rock solid cruise ship EVERY DAY.
And then everything just works out for you because you have trust & certainty and so your external reality mirrors and matches it.
This is what true freedom & sovereignty looks and feels like.
