Seismic Shifts: A Full Glow Up From The Ground Up

I have to share with you that I have been going through it the last few days, ooooof. Can you relate?!

Life is so funny sometimes… you set plans in motion & then everything gets rearranged & you go through things to further raise your vibration to meet the alignment of your intention.

You see, divine timing is really just vibrational alignment.

And the last 6 months have been the most profoundly shifting months of my life.

Ever since the Full Moon in Aquarius on August 16th I’ve been a completely different person.

I’ve had to grieve, release relationships, integrate my masculine deeper, set boundaries, descend fully into my body, process old trauma, wounds & emotions and it’s been a very physical & visceral process and my intuition & spiritual gifts have 1000Xed.

I even had to step back from my business to fully process, move through & integrate everything that was happening because it was A LOT but it was also magical & miraculous AF.

When you clear out who you’ve been you almost don’t know how to behave or operate in the World without the lens of perception you used to see & filter the World through.

It’s like never being able to see and then suddenly you get glasses and everything is different.

And through this transformation process I became a fully embodied (in-body) woman, shifted into who I’ve always known myself to be & I’ve never been happier.

I got my joy back.

And so I was marinating on how I could bring & share everything I’ve been through with you all so you, too, could have a complete metamorphosis & glow up and guess what happened?!

My 3D calendar cleared and events, jobs & travel I had planned shifted and I got the download for the Feminine Frequency.

And then yet another initiation began.

You see, if I am going to hold a container that is supporting you in clearing out your emotions & energy field then MY body has to fully expand, close & clear, too.

My intention to hold space for this container accelerated another great extracting & excavating of even MORE emotions, traumas & fears of the past.

I was blasted open & expanded on Saturday with my root chakra exploding even bigger & wider (to hold more space) & the last two days I have been completely out of commission, bed ridden, sleeping, and physically releasing emotions & energy.

I have to walk my talk after all.

Thank goodness for Jac as she gave me an Ahai 7D energy healing & clearing yesterday that expedited this process and removed the energy at the ROOT which makes it 100X faster & easier to clear.

As Jac put it, your body is a garage & it only has room for ONE car so let that car be a red Ferrari and not the old beat up car you got when you were 16.

So you have to Excavate: remove earth carefully and systematically from (an area) in order to find buried remains. 

IE remove layers of density, gunk, sludge & dirt to find the buried diamond underneath.

That is what it takes to shift. 

It is intense & physical but let me tell you the abundance, love & blessings (& red Ferrari) are on the other side.

And I share this with you to show you it doesn’t have to take long to completely change & transform your life.

It’s taken me 6 months to get here and I’m bringing everything I’ve learned (& my secret weapon Jac) to the Feminine Frequency where we will make this process quicker, faster & easier with the assistance of AHAI 7D energy healing.
