How To Experience Peace & Calm - The ROOT

I was lying down on my couch this morning with my face mask on, candles lit, buried in cozy blankets with the doors open just letting the breeze come in and soaking in the present moment of abundance, joy & peace. 

I was filled with gratitude that I am now able to relax in the bliss of the present moment (where miracles exist) because there was a time not too long ago where I never would have thought that was possible.

Especially without the presence of the internal spiral (you know the one).

And I thought… every woman deserves to know what this feels like.

To feel completely unburdened & unbothered (despite what’s happening externally) & with a sense of absolute joy, happiness & contentment.

So let me explain how I got here…

I had a big & expansive day of closing & clearing out the past yesterday with my friend Jac (who I’m co-hosting the Feminine Frequency with)… we went to the beach, had lunch, took a road trip up to the Casino, had an amazing dinner, played games & probably 10Xed our capacities in ONE DAY we moved through, released & held so much energy (just being AT the Casino is A LOT, OMFG lol).

The funny thing is… there was a time six months ago that even spending an hour together was too much for our nervous systems because our energetic fields are so activating for each other.

I would literally always have to eat bowls of pasta, drink electrolytes and nap after hanging out with her I would upgrade so much just being in her presence.

But now, six months later through gradually expanding my capacity through repetitions (like building muscle at a gym), clearing out old dense emotions, firming up my boundaries, & her 7D Ahai Energy Healing sessions… I’m a completely changed person & it feels like magic & a miracle all at once.

There was a time I couldn’t even sit still long enough to get my nails done or lay on the beach I was riddled with so much restlessness, anxiety, overthought, fear, lack & scarcity.

I had chronic insomnia, deep depression, restless leg syndrome and was completely emotionally numb and both under & over weight at times I was so deeply disconnected from my body.

My energetic neutral was internal chaos.

I was literally a psycho to myself (& to others as a result).

Because that is a result & manifestation of what an unbalanced & ungrounded ROOT looks like.

I was not ‘In-Body’.

And that is the main problem I see with 90% of women.

When your Root is ‘blocked’ your capacity to have & hold abundance, money, joy & happiness is SO SMALL and you are the reactor of your reality instead of the creator of it.

The Root is also where your Ego lives & it will try & manipulate, control & cock block you every step of the way as a result (it’s only goal is survival). 

But when your Root is ‘balanced’ your energetic neutral is safe, secure, supported, certain, centered, trusting, grounded, abundant & happy.

Now, my energetic neutral is calm.

I wake up every day and feel abundant, happy & relaxed. 

(I didn’t even know what it truly felt like to relax six months ago).

So think of all you would get to create, receive & manifest if you were operating from that energetic place, too.

Because the fact that I can lay on my couch for hours this morning so blissfully content, happy, peaceful & expanded in joy without a SINGLE thought of stress, worry, control or overwhelm…. IS a God damn miracle.

Six months ago having a day like yesterday would have knocked me out for a week & I would have spiraled out of control with anxiety & stress.

But that’s NOT what happens when you’re grounded & centered in yourself (& your Root).

You move from an overflowing rose garden instead of the weeds of your past.

You operate from trust & certainty and create your future from that place.

AND that’s just what happens when you address your ROOT.
