What it takes to actually TRANSFORM - Big Change Is HAPPENING
It has been a WEEK…
I have gone through the most intense, testing & shifting week of my life and it has been emotional, physically painful & hilarious (the synchronicities!) at the same time.
Since Sunday I have been physically, emotionally & energetically purging, releasing and healing all of the pain from my past.
I’ve genuinely never had a week like this (& that’s saying something, lol) the tests, body pains, emotions, & downloads have been insane.
But it has all been very divinely guided as that is what is required & takes to transform.

Change is a portal that you have to walk through and this process is deeply visceral.
That is what birth & creation teaches us (Scorpio energy).
The old you must die to be reborn.
Like the Maiden turning into the Mother.
This process is innate & natural as women as our bodies are portals for this process to occur through our womb (sacral), although it doesn’t make it easy.
But in the chaos of creation (birth) there is magic, miracles & manifestation.
It is taking the metaphysical (the light & connection with spirit) and turning into the physical (3D form & fruition).
So you have to die to old versions of yourself over & over & over again.
That means your body must heal & transform the negativity of your past in order to create your abundantly rich future.

So I share this metamorphosis with you because…
This is the transformation Jac & I (more on this below) will be holding space for inside the Feminine Frequency
I have been going through this process ALL week as an invitation & activation for this space
I had a powerful distant 7D Ahai Energy session from Jac on Monday that catalyzed & supported me through this transition
You see I got the divine download that this container wanted to be created and since my intention for this space is to hold a powerful transformation, I had to go through it first.
When I say I’ve had the opportunity to clear karma this week… LOL.
It’s like every fear, pain, trauma, open loop, past relationship, old opportunity and person has come back around to be closed out.
(It’s important to note that whenever you are about to level up the past/shadow energies pop back up in a big way… so this is a GOOD SIGN).
And what’s so funny about this is it’s all been completely energetic without me even having to do anything (I’ve barely left my couch the pain has been immense, I literally haven’t moved lol).
Which just further shows & proves the power of doing the internal work… the external shifts come to you!
And when I gathered & mustered up the courage to get a massage to support my body in clearing the energy last night who do I run into.. but JACLYN.
(I’m telling you the synchronicities!!!)
And Jac has been going through her own rights of passage this week clearing & cleansing her body of old fears, pains & patterns, too.
You see, this container initiated US to clear out our energy in order for US to birth it & bring it through.
Because birth is a right of passage & the body must prepare to bring through the creation…. which means the Feminine Frequency will be EPIC.
